Job Responsibilities
- Service contract administration
- Registering maintenance contracts in the appropriate system and issuing yearly invoicing
- Creating renewal opportunities in the appropriate system
- Following up on renewal opportunities in collaboration with the sales organization and customer care manager
- Preparing maintenance contracts, including reviewing the installation equipment lifecycle and age, quoting based on available price lists and tools, and creating standard contract proposals
- Communicating and following up on contract proposals with partners and end-customers, recording all calculations and documents for future reference
- Coordinating contract document reviews with the legal department
- Handling legal or commercial documents for maintenance contract tenders
- Following up on the signature process for all contract documents and filing them appropriately
- Assisting in creating and maintaining work instructions and workflows
- Assisting in testing and providing recommendations for new work tools and service offerings
