Job Responsibilities
- Service contract administration
- Register maintenance contracts in the appropriate system and issue yearly invoicing
- Create renewal opportunities in the appropriate system
- Follow up on renewal opportunities in collaboration with the commercial sales organization and customer care manager
- Prepare maintenance contracts, including review of the installation equipment lifecycle and age, generate quotes based on available price lists and tools, and create standard contract proposal documents
- Communicate and follow up on contract proposals with partners/end-customers, and record all calculations and documents for future reference
- Coordinate contract document review by the legal department
- Coordinate legal or commercial documents for maintenance contract tenders
- Follow up on the signature flow for all contract documents and file them in appropriate systems
- Assist in creating and maintaining work instructions and workflows
- Assist in testing and providing recommendations for new work tools and service offerings
