About the role :
As the Commercial Operations Sr. Manager, you will play a key leadership role in partnering with the SVP Head of Business OUS and the Commercial Team to drive the successful implementation of commercial strategies across global markets. You will be responsible for coordinating priority initiatives, supporting strategic execution, and ensuring alignment with revenue targets and overall P&L objectives. This role demands a proactive, analytical, and collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and is committed to operational excellence.
Necessary Duties and Responsibilities include the following :
- Implement strategies to drive revenue growth with the General Managers team, increase market share, and maximize profitability. Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop plans to capitalize on them. Track performance to ensure the organization meets its financial objectives. Collaborate closely with the SVP of OUS Commercial.
- Analyze and identify market trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in partnership with the Marketing Team. Understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the OUS Commercial team to ensure launch readiness of NPDs and product availability. Work with product development, regulatory, and operations teams to develop product strategies aligned with market needs, including pricing, positioning, forecasting, and launch plans.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement commercial, sales, and marketing initiatives such as the Sulayom Experience, Voice of the Customer, Sales Training, and Global Events.
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy, sales, marketing, and operations. Generate insights for marketing and sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee sales training to enhance selling capabilities and track performance. Manage teams to execute global/regional events to enhance Motiva presence and customer activation. Coordinate with MedEd team for KOL participation, conference agendas, and messaging.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, making adjustments as needed. Track performance of key projects like China and Preserve launch to meet targets.
- Collaborate with GMs to develop revenue and product forecasts for the OUS business. Coordinate with Customer Care and Operations to ensure product availability aligns with forecasts.
- Manage quarter and year-end closing processes. Work with distributor sales teams on orders, monitor direct market sales, and coordinate with Customer Care and Operations to ensure timely delivery and target achievement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on strategy performance, initiatives, and market trends.
You are :
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or equivalent experience.
- At least 9 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Project Management, or related fields.
- Strong financial skills with understanding of P&L management and revenue metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio).
- Experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering commercial results.
- Willing to travel up to 50% internationally.
