Role & Team

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist responsible for managing inquiries from potential residents via email, phone, and digital platforms. The role involves advising on accommodation options, managing bookings, collaborating on resident acquisition strategies, and serving as the main contact for current residents to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and coordination with maintenance and cleaning teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inquiries from potential residents via email, phone, and digital platforms.
  • Advise students on accommodation options, pricing, and conditions.
  • Manage the booking process, including contract signing and payment confirmation.
  • Collaborate on strategies to attract new residents.
  • Serve as the primary contact for residents, ensuring clear communication.
  • Resolve issues and handle requests during residents' stay.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure tenant well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or accommodation management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).

Work schedule: Monday to Friday (shift).
