Job Description:

We're looking for a Commercial Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Tech Teamz. We design, build, and manage engineering teams for leading companies across Europe and the U.S.

Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Sales & Marketing: Design, adapt, and improve our commercial processes and client tracking systems. Automate and monitor sales workflows. Provide reports and metrics to evaluate performance. Support marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, webinars, and podcasts.
2. Operations: Support recruitment of engineers, organize events, conferences, and client visits with the teams. Assist in account management and building long-term client relationships.

Ideal Background & Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Experience in business operations, sales, or marketing structures/processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email campaign tools, or reporting dashboards.
• Participation in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (B2 minimum).
