Supports the sales team by providing data analytics, commercial excellence direction, and administrative assistance. Provides quote and bid support, manages the sales funnel (forecasting), and supports sales budget planning. Facilitates communication and sponsors department meetings. Communicates with vendors and customers, arranges third-party inspections, and tracks sales KPIs to improve forecasting accuracy. Tracks performance against metrics and performs sales incentive calculations. Leica Biosystems is a global leader in cancer diagnostics, offering comprehensive pathology workflow solutions. We seek a Commercial Operations Manager Iberia, remote-based in Spain, with occasional travel to Barcelona or for meetings (up to 30%). This key role focuses on driving sales performance through data analytics, pricing, forecasting, and reporting. The candidate should demonstrate a results-driven attitude, commercial acumen, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication. Key responsibilities include: - Managing pricing and contracts, ensuring compliance and profitability. - Developing financial reporting aligned with contractual terms. - Supporting pricing tools and analysis. - Establishing pricing processes for different market models. - Coordinating forecasting with sales and customer care teams. - Preparing and consolidating forecasts and actuals reports. - Developing dashboards and market analysis tools. Requirements: - Educational background in analytics or related fields. - 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, global organization. - Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus. - Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and advanced MS Excel. - Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to navigate processes with integrity and compliance.
