Job Description
Reporting to the Cluster Head Distributor Market - CEE/CIS, you will own and lead the commercial operations function for Distributor markets of Galderma, with a focus on design and deliver comprehensive training programs for distributor sales teams, focusing on customer relationship management, sales techniques, and other relevant skills. This involves developing and executing Galderma distributors strategies for sales incentive planning, segmentation, and targeting. The mission is to empower distributor’s sales force within the regions, enabling them to maximize their sales potential and drive business growth. Furthermore, coordinate e-commerce and digital initiatives with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize sales channels and drive business growth.
