Formación

About Our Client

The company operates in both the human and animal health sectors and combines two core business lines: the development and commercialization of proprietary products-sold both in Spain and internationally-and a Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) service for major pharmaceutical companies.

Job Description

  • Lead and supervise the Customer Service team and the Order Registration and Planning function.
  • Analyze purchasing trends and demand patterns to optimize planning and ensure data accuracy.
  • Implement demand forecasting tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in planning processes.
  • Design and execute the company's sales planning processes, including developing and managing forecasting models.
  • Prepare the company's annual sales budget and monitor its performance.
  • Define and track customer satisfaction metrics to propose improvements in service delivery.
  • Ensure correct prioritization of customer orders based on strategic business needs.
  • Manage inventory levels by balancing supply and demand to meet customer requirements.
  • Proactively resolve issues arising from unexpected demand fluctuations.
  • Act as liaison between the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Analyze recurring customer inquiries to continuously improve service and internal processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Over 5 years of experience in similar roles with direct responsibility for the areas outlined above.
  • Proven leadership experience in managerial positions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is highly valued.
  • Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector; prior experience in the vaccine segment is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in building teams and launching new business areas will be considered a strong plus.
