We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive graduate to join our Commercial Learning & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, communication, digital learning design and management. You’ll support the delivery of digital learning activities, onboard-style programs, coaching-based learning, learner follow-up, training operations and reporting.

Whatyou’ll do:
Set up and manage digital learning activitiesinour learning platforms — including course creation, content uploads, learner enrolment, cohortmanagementand completion tracking.
Support the design andbuildof commercial enablement courses and AI-enabled coaching experiences that help sales teamspracticeand reinforce key skills.
Coordinate training communications across the full campaign lifecycle, fromlaunchemails and team announcements through to reminders and follow-ups.
Organiselive and virtual learning sessions, including scheduling, invitations,agendasand logistical coordination.
Monitor learner progress,identifygaps or non-starters, and prepare reporting and summaries on participation,completionand feedback.
Support thelocalisationof learning materials by coordinating translation workflows and review cycles with agencies and local stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders — including product, marketing, medicaleducationand sales teams — to keep learning projectsorganised, on track and delivered to a high standard.
Whatwe’re looking for:
A recent graduate in Digital Learning, Marketing,Communicationsorrelated fields.
Strongorganisationalskills and the ability to manage multipletasks,and projects, at the same time.
Good attention to detail and confidence working with data, project tasklistsand deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Confidence using tools such Articulate 360, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft 365 suite.
An interest inmedicaldevice industry, training, learning operations,coordinationor commercial enablement.
A positive, dependable and team-oriented approach.
