Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in commercial finance or FP&A.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales and aftermarket revenue models is a strong plus.

We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team, supporting both our Packaging and Textile businesses. This role will be based in either Castellón area (Spain) or Bergamo (Italy), with the flexibility to travel and spend one week per month in the alternate location.

Languages Required: Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.

What You’ll Do
Commercial Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to guide deal pricing, revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Coordinate and develop financing solutions for customers
  • Support product launches / sunsets and market expansion with financial feasibility studies.
  • Partner cross-functionally to analyze budget variances and improve financial models.
Performance & Operational Management
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize working capital through accelerated cash collection and improved sales forecasting.
  • Drive cost optimization and assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing spend.
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning for revenue and gross margin across product lines and sales models.
  • Support month-end close and planning cycles for Marketing and Sales OPEX.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve commercial performance.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions and perform cost/profit center reconciliations.
Risk & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to evaluate financial implications of contracts.
Leadership & Innovation
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance financial systems and reporting.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement in financial decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in commercial finance or FP&A.
  • Experience in capital equipment sales and aftermarket revenue models is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
