Descripción del empleo

An Inside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for introducing our products into new markets by conducting market research, generating leads, and guiding customers. They also follow up on opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to develop markets and deliver excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Business Development :

  • Identify and develop new export sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research in HVAC and IT sectors. Analyze trends, regulations, competitors, and trade restrictions.
  • Define product requirements based on market needs.
  • Develop company presentations.
  • Identify potential partners and build relationships with manufacturers, developers, distributors, reps, builders, and installers.

Account Management :

  • Manage opportunities and new clients in CRM, conduct meetings on products and sales conditions.
  • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, including in countries without SAM.
  • Communicate client needs (campaigns, promotions).
  • Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage account payments and monitor incidents.
  • Conduct online meetings to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Manage customer database, create reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Conduct technical product presentations and training for clients.

Project Management :

  • Oversee projects from start to finish, including communication with MEP engineers to specify Airzone systems, drafting projects with the project department, and following up until sale completion.
  • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate quotations.
  • Close sales deals and manage project execution (installation follow-up).
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Train and Support SAMs :

  • Train new SAMs in CRM and sales processes.
  • Accompany online meetings when necessary and substitute for SAM when absent.

Product Knowledge and Training :

  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Coordinate training sessions for engineers, reps, distributors, and manufacturers with the training department.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Telecom Engineering preferred.
  • Experience with ERP / CRM and online sales tools is preferred.
  • Sales experience in HVAC / Home Automation industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask.

Languages : Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.

Willingness to travel (valid passport required).

Ability to read CAD plans and drawings is a plus. Knowledge of LEED and BREEAM, and proficiency in AUTOCAD, BIM, and REVIT are valuable.
