Formación

  • Se requiere experiencia en ventas en la industria HVAC o Automatización del Hogar.

Job Description:

An Inside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for introducing our products into new markets by conducting market research, generating leads, and guiding customers. They also follow up on opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to develop markets and deliver excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    • Identify and develop new export sales opportunities.
    • Market research in HVAC and IT sector. Analyze trends, regulations, competitors, and trade restrictions.
    • Define product requirements for market needs.
    • Develop company presentations.
    • Identify potential partners.
    • Create installer network.
    • Build relationships with manufacturers, developers, distributors, reps, builders, and installers.
    • Support marketing strategies (trade shows, industry events, etc.).
  2. Account Management:
    • Manage opportunities and new clients in CRM, conduct meetings on products and sales conditions.
    • Account management in countries without SAM.
    • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Communicate client needs (campaigns, promotions).
    • Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Manage account payments and monitor incidents.
    • Conduct online meetings to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Regular CRM reporting (meetings, quotations, etc.).
    • Manage customer database, create reports, forecasts, and analysis.
    • Conduct technical product presentations and training for clients.
  3. Project Management:
    • Oversee projects from start to finish.
    • Communicate with MEP engineers to specify Airzone systems in projects.
    • Draft projects in coordination with the project department.
    • Follow up on projects until the sale is completed.
    • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate quotations.
    • Close sales deals and manage project execution (installation follow-up).
    • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
  4. Train and Support SAMs:
    • Train new SAMs in CRM and sales processes.
    • Accompany online meetings when necessary.
    • Substitute for SAM when absent.
    • Facilitate internal communication across departments.
  5. Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • Coordinate training for engineers, reps, distributors, and manufacturers with the training department.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Industrial, or Telecom Engineering preferred.
  2. Preferred experience with ERP/CRM and online sales tools.
  3. Preferred sales experience in HVAC/Home Automation industry.
  4. Preferred experience in HVAC/Home Automation sales with a distributor or major manufacturer is a plus.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to multitask.
  7. Languages: English (preferably native) and Spanish. Additional languages are a plus.
  8. Willing to travel (valid passport).
  9. Ability to read CAD plans and drawings is a plus.
  10. Knowledge of LEED and BREEAM is a plus.
  11. Proficiency in AUTOCAD, BIM, and REVIT is valuable.
  12. Must hold a valid driving license.
  13. Based in Malaga.
