Job Description:

An Inside Technical Sales Representative is responsible for introducing our products into new markets by conducting market research, generating leads, and guiding customers. They also follow up on opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to develop markets and deliver excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new export sales opportunities.
  • Conduct market research in HVAC and IT sectors, analyzing trends, regulations, competitors, and trade restrictions.
  • Define product requirements based on market needs.
  • Develop company presentations.
  • Identify potential partners and create installer networks.
  • Build relationships with manufacturers, developers, distributors, reps, builders, and installers.
  • Support marketing strategies such as trade shows and industry events.
  • Account Management:
    • Manage opportunities and new clients using CRM; conduct product and sales condition meetings.
    • Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Communicate client needs for campaigns and promotions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
    • Manage account payments, monitor incidents, and conduct online meetings.
    • Regularly report CRM activities, create reports, forecasts, and analysis.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
    • Coordinate with MEP engineers to specify Airzone systems.
    • Draft projects with the project department and follow up until sale completion.
    • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate quotations.
    • Close sales and manage project installation follow-up.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Training and Support for SAMs:
    • Train new SAMs in CRM and sales processes.
    • Support online meetings and substitute for SAMs when needed.
    • Facilitate internal communication across departments.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
    • Deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
    • Coordinate training sessions for engineers, reps, distributors, and manufacturers with the training department.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Telecom Engineering preferred.
    • Experience with ERP/CRM systems and online sales tools is preferred.
    • Experience in HVAC/Home Automation sales, especially with distributors or major manufacturers, is a plus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask effectively.
    • Languages: Advanced or bilingual in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
    • Willingness to travel (valid passport required).
    • Ability to read CAD plans and drawings is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of LEED and BREEAM standards is a plus.
    • Proficiency in AUTOCAD, BIM, and REVIT is valuable.
    • Must hold a valid driving license.
    • Based in Malaga.
