With locations in Valencia and Amsterdam, and active plans to expand into more cities across Spain, the Netherlands, and even the U.S., Young Workspaces is growing fast – and now we’re looking for a Commercial Director to help us lead that growth.

The Role

As Commercial Director , you will be responsible for the commercial success and strategic expansion of Young Workspaces. You will lead a core team of 5 people based in Valencia, oversee new openings (starting with Amsterdam), and explore acquisition opportunities for existing coworking locations.

You’ll need to be hands-on, data-driven, and laser-focused on filling every available desk with the right tenants, while also shaping the long-term vision of the brand.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the commercial growth of all locations and fill spaces with quality tenants

Launch our Amsterdam location and drive expansion into new cities

Oversee and grow the core team of 5 people

Improve occupancy rates, pricing strategy, and revenue per m²

Manage marketing and sales performance per location

Explore and negotiate potential acquisitions of existing coworking locations

Coordinate closely with the YOUNG Group founder and other business units

Who You Are

You have strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset

You’ve worked in coworking, real estate, or hospitality – and you’ve filled spaces

You’re structured, creative, and thrive on results

You’re comfortable taking full responsibility and making fast decisions

You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international scale-up

You are based in or willing to relocate to Valencia, Spain
