We are seeking a Commercial Director / Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial strategy, maximize client partnerships, and foster sustainable growth. This role involves shaping our global commercial efforts, overseeing account management, marketing, and business development, with a focus on strengthening operator relationships. The goal is to maintain our reputation as a trusted partner and explore new opportunities aligned with our growth plans.

What you’ll do :

  • Define and implement Push Gaming’s commercial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Enhance our brand to establish us as a tier 1 supplier.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15 across marketing, account management, and business development, including 3 direct reports.
  • Represent the commercial function at leadership level and contribute to cross-functional decisions.
  • Develop and expand relationships with key operator partners globally.
  • Ensure the account management team delivers exceptional client service, increasing game distribution, retention, and revenue.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with product and studio teams to meet client needs.
  • Guide marketing strategies to boost global brand presence.
  • Oversee campaigns, PR, events, and B2B communications to support brand visibility and commercial goals.
  • Assist business development efforts to identify and convert new opportunities.
  • Guide partnership structuring and onboarding.
  • Manage revenue forecasts, KPIs, and reporting to the executive team.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Legal teams on pricing, contracts, and governance.

What you’ll bring :

  • Proven senior leadership experience in the iGaming B2B sector, preferably with a slots provider or platform supplier.
  • Strong track record in account management and client relationship growth.
  • Strategic thinking with experience managing multi-functional teams.
  • Understanding of regulated markets and commercial strategies across jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience in marketing and/or business development management is a plus.
