This position will identify and develop organic growth opportunities, support operational business plans, and lead special projects that align with our company priorities. KEY FUNCTIONS
Commercial Development and Growth
- Commercial Model Design Lead: Develop and lead end-to-end commercial models for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
- Organic Growth Opportunities: Identify and develop organic strategic opportunities emerging at the headquarters level, including cross-country initiatives with major clients and high-impact projects. Scout national and international growth opportunities by managing sector relationships.
- Identify relevant growth streams by country according to the strategic plan to support the country agenda.
- Strategic Retreat Support in relation to organic growth levers: Aggregate, review, and ensure consistency across commercial growth levers (densification, asset rationalization, etc.) to form a comprehensive strategic plan.
Operational support and implementation
- Business Model Design Support: Provide support to countries on business model approaches for commercial opportunities, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
- Operational Business Plan Support: Assist countries in developing, preparing, and validating operational business plans for commercial opportunities.
Cross-functional leadership and Special projects
- Lead COO special initiatives requiring cross-functional leadership, such as colocation pricing analysis and generative AI use case identification.
Business solutions with Artificial Intelligence
- Lead deployment of AI solutions across the organization, driving adoption, overseeing processes, and aligning with business goals. Manage cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven transformations. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement AI strategies within the commercial domain.
- Lead AI projects from ideation to deployment, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify AI opportunities.
- Define KPIs to measure AI impact and ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on AI advancements and industry trends.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance.
- Manage relationships with the IT department for technical support.
Education :
- Telecommunications Engineer or similar, with an MBA or other postgraduate in economics/management.
Relevant Professional Experience
- 2-3 years in commercial roles, contract management, or business development.
- Experience with strategic analysis frameworks (market, competition, financial, regulatory, technology).
- Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure agreements and industry practices.
Other relevant Skills or Characteristics
- Deep understanding of telecom industry dynamics, TowerCo business models, and financial drivers for infrastructure agreements.
- Ability to analyze contract terms, financial implications, and regulatory impacts, providing data-driven recommendations.
- Skilled in building cross-department relationships and facilitating contract execution.
