We're seeking a Commercial & Customer Strategy Manager to join our Sales Analytics & Business team.

What are we looking for?

A visionary leader, passionate about data and with a strategic customer-centric approach. Someone capable of contributing innovative ideas to build customer loyalty, boost sales, and increase purchase frequency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive initiatives to improve customer-focused actions, maximizing sales and purchase frequency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales in key categories, optimizing promotions, pricing and assortment.
  • Direct the creation and development of the Data Road Map, ensuring the necessary tools for implementing action plans.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer KPIs (number of customers, frequency, number of tickets) and the growth of key product categories (sales, market share).
  • Ensure the measurement of results from implemented actions and take corrective decisions in case of deviations.
  • Propose differentiating actions based on data and customer feedback, to outperform the competition and drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Track initiatives in collaboration with the various involved departments, establishing clear objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop and implement new commercial initiatives.
  • Analyze results and develop high-level strategic presentations for the departments involved.
  • Stay updated on market trends, analyzing the competition at national and international levels, and presenting strategic comparative reports.
