Job summary

Finmid GmbH is scaling its commercial legal infrastructure to support platform partnerships, borrowers, and suppliers across Europe. You will lead contract drafting, negotiation, and the development of repeatable processes to scale revenue-driven contracting.

You will partner with the General Counsel, Head of Commercial, and product teams, shaping AI-enabled workflows and a robust clause library across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of EU/UK/US law school.
• At least 1 year of Big Law or in-house experience.
• Direct exposure to commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience with AI tooling in legal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial contract stack end-to-end across platform, borrower, and supplier agreements.
• Negotiate independently with counterparties and internalize positions.
• Design and maintain playbooks and clause libraries.
• Coordinate with GC, Head of Commercial, and product teams across Europe.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and contract management infrastructure.
• Ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions.
