A leading company in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead international expansions and enhance operational efficiencies. This role involves managing client negotiations, overseeing project execution, and collaborating across departments to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive project management experience, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that encourages innovative problem-solving.
Lead and negotiate agreements with key clients (most of them multinational), including marketplaces, QCommerce platforms, and pharmaceutical companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and long-term partnerships.
Cross-Departmental Coordination :
Collaborate closely with IT, Sales-Am, and Operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and management of agreements.
Act as the bridge between departments to ensure project alignment and goal achievement.
KPI Monitoring :
Define, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients and the internal team.
Project Management :
Oversee and execute strategic projects driven by business needs or client requests, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Use agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Scrum) to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Objectives :
Drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth and improve profitability through detailed and specific project management.
Lead internal efforts to develop and deliver strategic projects to achieve company goals.
Contribute to the company’s leadership by setting clear objectives and motivating the team to achieve excellence.
Team Management :
Directly manage a team of 6 people across various roles, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and professional growth.
Skills and Experience : Required Skills :
Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Expertise in project management, preferably in digital environments.
Knowledge of IT tools like Jira, Agile methodologies, and PIM systems (Product Information Management).
Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, Jira, and project management platforms like Canvas.
Professional English proficiency (mandatory).
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical sector (not mandatory but valued).
Experience :
4–5 years minimum in a similar managerial position.
Proven track record in team management and delivering high-impact projects.
Work closely with all departments in a 360 role within the company.
Engage with high-level stakeholders, both internally and externally, for negotiation and follow-up on agreements.
Strategic Vision :
Lead the international expansion of clients and develop new sales channels, ensuring sustainable growth for the company.
Demonstrate resilience and manage the pressure of working in a scale-up environment with an ambitious growth plan for the next three years.
Additional Information :
This role requires a professional command of English.
Experience with PIM systems is mandatory.
