The Advanced Analytics Analyst will play a pivotal role in leading analytics efforts and driving data-driven decision-making strategies within the International Commercial Analytics & Insights team. This key position requires an experienced and innovative professional with a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence. The Manager of Advanced Analytics will contribute to evolving the company's data gathering and analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights aligned with strategic objectives, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, and leveraging advanced analytics to drive business growth and competitive advantage.

What your responsibilities will be :
  1. Lead the development of the advanced analytics strategy to drive business performance and competitive advantage.
  2. Identify opportunities to leverage data and analytics to drive growth and operational efficiencies.
  3. Partner with business leaders to understand and influence strategic decisions related to research and analytics, acting as a thought partner and encouraging evidence-based decision-making.
  4. Communicate proactively with multifunctional teams to anticipate future needs, provide strategic recommendations, and identify data requirements.
  5. Present complex analytical findings and insights to senior leadership clearly and compellingly to support decision-making.
  6. Establish KPIs and metrics to monitor the impact of commercial initiatives on business outcomes.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop data-driven segmentation and targeting strategies for patients, physicians, offices, accounts, payers, and health systems.
  8. Assess portfolio cross-channel and marketing mix optimization.
  9. Propose analytical solutions to business questions and implement recommended methods.
  10. Serve as the primary contact for senior Commercial leaders for research and analytics, acting as an advisor.
  11. Lead strategic projects that shape and drive organizational direction, serving as an expert in the therapeutic area.
  12. Oversee the design and implementation of predictive models, segmentation analysis, and other advanced analytics techniques.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science.
  14. Optimize data collection in partnership with CRM systems.
  15. Partner with Country Management, Marketing, and Analytics teams to provide insights on Tactical ROI and resource allocation.
Who you are :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, or a related field with a proven track record of driving business impact through analytics.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
  • Strong analytics and strategic thinking skills.
  • Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, data mining, and predictive analytics.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations both verbally and through engaging presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on results and innovation.
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm for evolving analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
