What’s your mission
- Contact prospective customers (outbound and inbound) regarding their need for a social media management solution via the internal sales process;
- Full pipeline management;
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and support requests;
- Carry out in-depth discovery and analysis of prospects during the sales cycle;
- Activate qualified but inactive trial leads into engaged trial users with a view to converting to subscription;
- Understand clients’ needs and offer solutions and support;
- Help prospects understand the competitive advantage and benefits of using a solution like Swonkie;
- Negotiate skillfully where necessary;
- Maintain an excellent relationship with current clients;
- Manage, track and execute an effective and professional follow-up;
- Work with your sales director to provide up to date and timely reporting on your numbers and qualitative feedback that is concise and can be used by the sales, marketing and product teams;
- Ensure a positive customer experience with our prospects. They need to feel like a customer from day 1;
- Collaborate with Customer Happiness Support to refer your new customers for an ongoing positive experience;
- Organize your time efficiently, focusing on the highest priority and revenue generating activities to hit goals;
- Bring creative ideas, strategies, and skills to promote our company’s values, unique culture and vision for the future.
What kind of super powers you must have
- It is important to have proven client facing experience, preferably sales or telesales experience in the B2B sector. We are also open to people who already have a strong social media knowledge and are interested in starting a sales career;
- Strong interest in social media and marketing trends;
- Passion for communication and relationship building;
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals;
- Ability to handle objections and demonstrate the value of solutions;
- Strong sales instinct and excellent presentation & negotiation skills;
- Fluent Spanish on a business level, additional language is an advantage;
- Availability to travel around Europe;
- Last but not least, tons of energy, passion, humor and enthusiasm.
