Requirements

We are looking for a Visual Designer to join our creative team and support the production of high-quality video and graphic content for leading brands. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling for social media and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics :
    Edit and produce engaging video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
    Create motion graphics and animated assets to enhance visual storytelling.
    Optimize video formats for different social media trends and platform requirements.
  2. Graphic & Visual Design :
    Develop eye-catching graphics, layouts, and presentation decks to support content strategies.
    Design static and animated assets that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
    Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality visual output across projects.
  3. Creative & Strategic Contribution :
    Brainstorm and execute original creative concepts for social media and digital campaigns.
    Work closely with copywriters, social media strategists, and brand teams to bring ideas to life.
    Stay up to date with design trends, AI tools, and new technologies to enhance creativity.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or visual design (agency experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Experience creating social media-first content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Ability to develop engaging storytelling through video and visual design.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and brand identity.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Basic experience with AI tools for content enhancement.
  • Familiarity with 3D animation or advanced motion graphics.
  • Experience working with advertising or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva for presentation design.
