Job Description: Customer Service

Salary Range: $800 - $1100 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and sales skills. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product or service information, and identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat professionally; provide accurate information; resolve complaints; process returns/exchanges; ensure satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Identify sales opportunities; cross-sell and upsell; meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain understanding of products/services; stay updated on new launches and promotions.
- Order Processing: Process orders, returns, exchanges; ensure follow-up on transactions.
- Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams; provide feedback for improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to empathize and deliver excellent service.
- Sales-oriented mindset; ability to identify opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM and office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in remote customer service or sales environment.
- English level C1-C2 required.
