Altuna y Uria is a group of companies involved in real estate promotion, construction, and related activities such as asphalt, tunnels, facade rehabilitation, machinery transport, earthmoving, and concrete, rooted in the Basque Country since 1966. We are currently looking for a commercial agent for our Bilbao office to help us meet upcoming challenges.

Position:

MISSION OF THE POSITION

Define prices and rates for the company's promoted properties in coordination with management, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage customer attention, negotiate payment methods and contract formalization.
  • Keep clients informed about renovation processes, communicate budgets, and negotiate payment terms.

COMPETITION ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

  • Identify competitors' promotions, products, prices, and sales pace.
  • Stay updated on new sales channels, especially digital marketing.
  • Gather information on future tenders.
  • Collaborate on product standardization, providing customer insights and competitor analysis.

SITE STUDY

  • Assist in soil studies to set sale prices for future projects.
  • Report opportunities to management and delegation.
