We are seeking a Global Senior Manager M&A Div Technology to oversee the M&A Tech deal and project portfolio, ensuring successful delivery. Ideal candidates will have a background in deal, project, and portfolio management within the pharmaceutical technology sector.

The M&A Tech Sr. Global Manager plays a crucial role in planning, managing, and executing strategic IT initiatives, with a focus on demand and portfolio management to maximize resource efficiency and align with business objectives. The role involves working with deal and project managers, serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders involved in the deal portfolio and supporting technology departments. Responsibilities include monitoring deal progress from pre-DD through integration or divestment, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, covering aspects such as integrations, divestitures, and strategic projects, while maintaining confidentiality. The role reports to the M&A Tech Lead and is part of the M&A Tech team.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Strategic Business Partner: Drive and ensure quality service delivery for M&A demand across technology functions.
  2. Demand Management: Forecast and prioritize demands, monitor initiatives by deal stage.
  3. Portfolio Alignment: Ensure deals and projects align with strategic goals, collaborating with leadership.
  4. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication, develop plans, facilitate meetings, and produce reports.
  5. Performance & Risk Monitoring: Analyze data, manage risks, and report progress.
  6. Resource Planning: Monitor and optimize resource allocation, develop forecasting tools.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Lead process enhancements, foster innovation, and organize training.
  8. Compliance & Security: Adhere to policies across due diligence and project scopes.
  9. Deal & Project Management: Lead due diligence lifecycle, act as Tech Deal lead when needed.
  10. Leadership: Provide team leadership, foster innovation, and ensure high-quality results.

KPIs include:

  • Stakeholder satisfaction, demand fulfillment, strategic alignment, project delivery, process improvements, compliance, and security metrics.

Qualifications:

Master’s in Tech, Business, or M&A-related field; certifications like PMP or CSM are a plus; knowledge of business processes and key applications; fluent English; 10+ years in tech deal and project management, preferably in pharma, with experience in GxP/SOX, strategic planning, leadership, and tools like Jira; willingness to travel (10-30%).
