X‑Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, is seeking an Application Engineer for remote/field work across Spain and Portugal. You will serve as a technical expert, supporting hardware and software, delivering demonstrations, and collaborating with Sales and R&D to optimize customer workflows.

Ideal candidates have a technical engineering degree, 3–5 years in a customer‑facing role, and strong knowledge of color science, with fluent Spanish and professional English. Portuguese is a plus, travel required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or Physics; relevant field.
• 3–5 years in application engineering or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of color science and color management principles.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high‑level technical support for X‑Rite hardware and software, troubleshooting color measurement and management challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars for customers, remotely or on‑site.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support and R&D to understand customer needs and develop workflows.
• Travel to customer sites across Spain and Portugal for installations, troubleshooting and hands‑on training.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, such as notes and user guides, for best practices.
