Formación

• Experiencia comprobada en soporte técnico de campo, preferiblemente en dispositivos médicos.

Technical Solutions Specialist based in Madrid but primarily working in the field to deliver hands-on technical support for the installation of intraoral scanners and associated workflows. This role involves frequent travel to customer sites, ensuring successful setup and operation of the 3Shape technology in both smaller dental clinics (unboxing, updating, connecting scanner) and larger DSOs with advanced workflows or set-up. In addition, this role involves supporting advanced sales activities (e.g., multi-site set-up demos). The role is key in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction and in providing premium support to DSOs.

Competences

1. Proven experience in field-based technical support, preferably in medical devices or IT installations.
2. Strong technical knowledge of hardware setup, software configuration, and network troubleshooting.
3. Ability to communicate with technical as well as non-technical professionals.
4. Customer support experience is an advantage.
5. You are a certified Dental Technician, hygienist or dentist. Having previously worked with 3Shape hardware and software will be a plus.
6. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
7. Self-motivated : Ability to manage complex installations and workflows independently.
8. Coping well with a dynamic / fast-paced environment.
9. Service minded.
10. Ability to structure own tasks and follow-up on customer’s requests.
11. Willingness to travel extensively within Madrid and surrounding regions.
