• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality during cooking.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Ensure correct temperatures of appliances and food; follow safety policies and procedures.
• Serve food in proper portions and maintain professional appearance and teamwork.
