Formación

  • Expérience antérieure en cuisine dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais.
  • Flexibilité pour travailler lors de rotations.

Responsabilidades

  • Préparer et cuisiner des plats selon les normes de l'hôtel.
  • Créer des menus variés pour répondre aux besoins des clients.
  • Superviser et former le personnel de cuisine.

Hotel Vistabella, a 5-star hotel on the Costa Brava, is located in an enviable position facing the Mediterranean Sea, with direct access to a beautiful and tranquil Cala, as well as the Camí de Ronda, which runs along the Costa Brava coastline. It is an idyllic spot perfect for romantic getaways or relaxing days with all luxury and comfort.

We are a recognized company in the hospitality industry with a team of 51 to 110 employees, valuing experience and professionalism.

Position: COCINERO

Season: June to October 2024

If you are a dedicated professional seeking to develop your career as a cook and provide exceptional service to our guests, this position offers an opportunity to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and cooking food according to hotel standards and recipes
  • Creating attractive and varied menus to satisfy guest needs
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team in planning and executing special events and banquets
  • Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dish preparation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cook in the hospitality sector
  • Deep knowledge of culinary techniques and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Teamwork and effective communication skills
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Residence in the area and own vehicle are valued but not required
  • Languages: Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
