Descripción del trabajo At Factorial we're looking for a new Compensation and Benefits Specialist to help us boost the company to the next level!

As a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, you’ll help us design and manage competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs to support our fast-growing team. Working closely with the People Operations team, you will analyze market trends, recommend adjustments, and ensure our programs are aligned with our company’s values and growth objectives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys data analysis and wants to make an impact in a dynamic, startup environment.

What You'll Be Doing :
  1. Conduct research on industry compensation trends, focusing on tech and startup market data.
  2. Analyze internal salary data to ensure pay equity and competitiveness across roles and levels.
  3. Develop and recommend updates to salary bands and compensation packages in line with our growth goals.
  4. Help manage and enhance employee benefits, including health insurance, wellness perks, and other unique offerings that support our culture.
  5. Coordinate with external benefits providers to ensure smooth administration of benefits programs.
  6. Research and recommend new or improved benefits programs that fit the needs of a tech startup team.
  7. Ensure all compensation and benefits practices align with local employment laws and industry regulations.
  8. Assist in updating internal policies on compensation and benefits to keep them clear and consistent.
  9. Use data to track and report on the effectiveness and competitiveness of our compensation and benefits programs.
  10. Support the People team with data insights related to compensation trends, equity, and benefits utilization.
Your Profile :

Experience : 2+ years in compensation and benefits or a related HR role, ideally in a tech or startup environment.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.

Knowledge of compensation analysis and benefits structures.

Ability to stay organized and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
