CO On-Road-Services Manager, Central Operations - On Road Services, Central Operations

The goal of Amazon Logistics is to build a world-class last mile delivery operation. Amazon aims to exceed our customers' expectations by ensuring their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.

Central Operations (CO) is a strategic initiative within Amazon Logistics (AMZL) designed to create scalable solutions for our last mile delivery network. CO focuses on forecasting, route planning, demand scheduling, and last mile delivery execution.

We are seeking a Program Manager for the Fleet Deployment and Defleeting team within the On-Road-Services (ORS) team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of operational excellence and will lead efforts to develop scalable processes and foster a strong team culture. This role involves navigating high ambiguity areas, providing thought leadership, and collaborating with global teams, external fleet suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

As the EU CO-ORS Program Manager, you will oversee a team of Logistics Associates, focusing on KPIs related to cost avoidance and process adherence. Your responsibilities include program scoping, rollout, compliance, stakeholder communication, and developing best practices for the network.

You will be accountable for daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, managing program implementation, compliance, and stakeholder engagement. Strategic thinking, research into process improvements, and real-time decision-making are essential. You will also maintain accurate reports and analysis.

  • Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, including SQL, Tableau, or Python
