We are looking for a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder passionate about connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you've built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and excel at making users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Ignite the Tribe

• Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. Own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals—this tribe is your playground.
• Create Unshakable Culture: Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA.” Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.
• Run Experience-Led Activations: Design and execute epic online/offline events, challenges, and group experiences embodying the Legends spirit.
• Foster Creator Energy: Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine and scale their impact.
• Be the Voice of the Tribe: Provide qualitative insights from the front lines to product and marketing teams—be the pulse.
