We are looking for a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder who lives for connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you've built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and know how to make users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Ignite the Tribe

• Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. Own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals.

Create Unshakable Culture

• Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA.” Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.

Run Experience-Led Activations

• Design and execute epic online/offline events, challenges, and group experiences embodying the Legends spirit.

Foster Creator Energy

• Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine and scale their impact.

Be the Voice of the Tribe

• Provide qualitative insights from the front lines to product and marketing teams. You are the pulse.
