We are seeking a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder passionate about connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you’ve built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and excel at making users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Ignite the Tribe

• Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. Own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals—this tribe is your playground.
• Create Unshakable Culture: Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA.” Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.
• Run Experience-Led Activations: Design and execute epic online/offline events, challenges, and group experiences embodying the Legends spirit.
• Foster Creator Energy: Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine and scale their impact.
• Be the Voice of the Tribe: Provide qualitative insights to product and marketing teams from the front lines. You are the pulse.

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You’ve successfully built or scaled a thriving community from scratch—think 100k+ members with genuine engagement. You have a background in experience marketing, travel, adventure, or creator brands—and love turning moments into movement.
• You understand virality, gamification, and growth loops better than most marketers.
• You’ve led community operations, including content calendars, engagement metrics, ambassador programs, and event planning. You’re strategic but love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done. You thrive in chaos, move fast, and have a founder’s ownership mindset.
