Our founding team has worked together for almost 10 years. After selling the company they worked for to Alibaba Group, they teamed up again because they love working together and understand that the team is crucial for a startup’s success. Meet the founders:

We’re looking for a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder who lives for connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you've built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and know how to make users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Ignite the Tribe

• Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. You’ll own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals—this tribe is your playground.
• Create Unshakable Culture: Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA.” Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.
• Run Experience-Led Activations: Design and execute epic online/offline events, challenges, and group experiences that embody the Legends spirit.
• Foster Creator Energy: Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine—and scale their impact.
• Be the Voice of the Tribe: Provide qualitative insights from the front lines to product and marketing teams. You are the pulse.

• You’ve successfully built or scaled a thriving community from scratch—think 100k+ members with real engagement. You have a background in experience marketing, travel, adventure, or creator brands—and you love turning moments into movement.
• You understand virality, gamification, and growth loops better than most marketers.
• You’ve led community operations, including content calendars, engagement metrics, ambassador programs, and event planning.
