to join our founding team—a

world-class Tribe Builder

who lives for connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you've built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and know how to make users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Ignite the Tribe:

Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. You’ll own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals—this tribe is your playground.

Create Unshakable Culture:

Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and “Legends DNA.” Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.

Run Experience-Led Activations:

Design and execute epic online/offline events, challenges, and group experiences that embody the Legends spirit.

Foster Creator Energy:

Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine—and scale their impact.

Be the Voice of the Tribe:

Feed product and marketing teams with qualitative insights from the front lines. You are the pulse.
