Now we're looking for a Head of Community to join our founding team—a world-class Tribe Builder who lives for connection, culture, and contagious momentum. If you've built a magnetic, mission-driven community before and know how to make users feel seen, inspired, and part of something bigger, we want you.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

• Ignite the Tribe : Strategically lead community growth from 0 to 1M+ legends. You'll own onboarding, engagement, retention, and referrals—this tribe is your playground.
• Create Unshakable Culture : Define and evolve our community tone, rituals, content formats, and "Legends DNA." Make the culture viral, inclusive, and unforgettable.
• Run Experience-Led Activations : Design and execute epic online / offline events, challenges, and group experiences that embody the Legends spirit.
• Foster Creator Energy : Cultivate power users, brand evangelists, and local chapter leaders. Help them shine—and scale their impact.
• Be the Voice of the Tribe : Feed product and marketing teams with qualitative insights from the front lines. You are the pulse.

• You have a background in experience marketing, travel, adventure, or creator brands —and you love turning moments into movement.
