Antai Ventures is a Barcelona-based venture studio with presence across Southern Europe and Latam. Since 2012 we have co-founded +30 companies including Glovo, Wallapop, PlatanoMelon and Vitaance. Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, have generated more than $3B in shareholders value and currently employ more than 3000 persons.

At Antai, we partner-up and invest in the best co-founders to build global companies willing to disrupt multi-billion dollar industries. We are now looking for founders to invest in to build our next big venture in the HR Tech space.

As a founder, you‘ll be in the driving seat, launching and leading your company. We’ll invest in you and be your co-founding partners, providing you with strategic, financial and operational support in all the key areas (growth, product, tech, data, legal, finance, business development and fundraising) to quickly go from 0 to 1.

As a Co-Founder You Will Be Responsible For:

• Designing commercial and growth strategies.
• Building, leading and motivating a strong commercial team.
• Process engineering: leading the process of digitalization of the operative and commercial processes.
• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and providing solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
• Maintaining deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Attracting, retaining and leading the best talent.
• Building trust with key partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in fast-growing startups.
• Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty.
• A go-getter, hands-on attitude to get things done.
• 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, having previously held a managing position.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Proven entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources.
• Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience in Marketplaces and/or Talent start-ups is a big plus.
