Based in Barcelona | Hybrid | Full-time

Equity-based | Founding Role

AiGrowise is a precision agriculture startup empowering small and mid-sized farms — with drone imagery, IoT sensors, and AI driven data insights. We’re already working with local growers and now we’re looking for a business-minded Co-Founder to join our journey

If you’re passionate about sustainability, innovation, and building something from the ground up — this might be your moment

What you’ll do :

• Lead go-to-market, partnerships, and growth strategy
• Work with cooperatives, clients, and public institutions
• Support fundraising (grants, public funding, and investment)
• Represent AiGrowise at events and in the field
• Collaborate directly with the technical founder

Ideal candidates are :

• Entrepreneurial and resourceful
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Catalan is a plus)
• Experienced in sales, BD, operations, or communications
• Passionate about agriculture, sustainability, or climate innovation
• Based in or around Barcelona
• Equity in a mission-driven startup
• Real-world impact for small farms and the planet
