Main responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner of our CMS platform, overseeing its strategy, management, and performance.
• Collaborate with the Web Platform & MarkTech Lead, developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to ensure seamless CMS integration within our digital ecosystem.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective CMS solutions.
• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CMS platform, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Ensure the CMS complies with quality standards, including security and relevant regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CMS technologies, seeking continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and support to CMS users, ensuring effective platform utilization.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience with CMS platforms, especially headless solutions like MagnoliaCMS.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing digital platforms, preferably as a platform or product owner.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers and DevOps engineers.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in managing CMS platforms, understanding web development technologies.
• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments within a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
