Main responsibilities

1. Act as the primary owner of our CMS platform, with responsibility for its overall strategy, management, and performance.
2. Work closely with the Web Platform & MarkTech Lead, developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the CMS within our digital ecosystem.
3. Engage with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective CMS solutions.
4. Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CMS platform, ensuring it is optimized for performance and reliability.
5. Ensure the CMS meets all quality standards, including performance, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to CMS platforms, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and improve.
7. Provide training and support to users of the CMS, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the platform.

About you

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Extensive experience with CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS solutions such as MagnoliaCMS.
3. Proven track record in managing and optimizing digital platforms, preferably working as a platform owner or a product owner.
4. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners.
5. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
6. Proficiency in managing and configuring CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS solutions.
7. Strong understanding of web development technologies and best practices.
8. Experience with DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
9. Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
10. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
