Neuraxpharm is seeking a CMO Sourcing Specialist to optimize supplier relations for finished dosage forms in a hybrid Barcelona or Langenfeld role. The candidate will lead market analysis, RFQ processes, and renegotiations to improve savings and on-time fulfillment.

The role requires solid experience in international supply chains, pharma sector exposure, and strong data analysis with ERP system proficiency.

Formación

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 7 years of experience in an international supply chain function.
• 5 years of pharma sector experience.
• Strong project management and data analysis skills.
• Experience with EU CMOs and SAP/ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Improve reliability and commercial terms with external CMO suppliers.
• Create market analyses and price benchmarking (RFQ).
• Escalate and coordinate issue resolution with CMOs.
• Develop tools to monitor supplier performance (SAP BW4).
• Lead renegotiations to achieve savings on COGs.
• Prepare RFQs and supplier comparisons for product categories.
• Ensure on-time realization of savings opportunities.
• Support contract adjustments with suppliers and ad hoc projects.

CMO Sourcing Specialist

Neuraxpharm is looking for a CMO Sourcing Specialist based on Barcelona or Langenfeld (hybrid role).

Your Mission

Improving reliability and commercial conditions with our external Supplier of finished dosage forms (FDF) already integrated within the Group Neuraxpharm by:

• Creating market analysis
• Preparing price comparisons and Benchmarking (RFQ)
• Point of escalation for issues arising from CMO’s and coordination of solving them
• Preparation of new Tools for monitoring Supplier performance (SAP BW4)
• Renegotiations and creating potential savings on COGs
• Ensuring on time fulfillment of saving opportunities

Your Major Accountabilities

• Creating market analysis of suppliers and competitors identifying opportunities and risks
• Executing request for quotations, follow up, proposing potential scenarios, presenting outcomes
• Avoidance of price increases
• Ensure savings according to the agreed annual plan of renegotiations and/or renewals
• Creating new tools with internal stakeholders to implement new Supplier scorecard
• Create and prepare analyse of request for quotations for specific product categories
• Market analysis and preparation of price comparisons for product, supplier and competition
• Contract adjustments with suppliers
• Support on ad hoc projects

We Would Like You To Have

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an international supply chain function
• Experience within Pharma sector for minimum 5 years
• Excellent in project management and data analysis
• Experience with EU CMO’s
• Excellent organizational, structural and communication skills
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and good excel skills
