A growing online education company is looking for a Growth & Operations Manager to lead marketing, funnel optimization, and KPIs for the Spanish market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in paid ads and a passion for driving growth. This position offers competitive base compensation and a revenue-sharing structure. A degree of autonomy and problem-solving skills is essential for success.

Formación

  • Experience in info-product launches is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of direct response marketing is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

  • Localize and launch funnels for the Spanish market.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns effectively.
  • Track and analyze KPIs related to marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate between delivery and sales teams.
  • Own operations related to content and reports.
  • Implement fast A/B tests to drive growth.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic decisions.

Conocimientos

Native Spanish or C2-level speaker
Experience in funnels / paid ads
Strong organizational and analytical mindset

Remote (Spain-based) – occasional in-person events

We’re a market leader in Italy in the online education and consulting space, generating €3M+ annually with a highly structured team (20 coaches, 14 closers, creative, tech, sales managers).

Now we’re expanding to Spain and are hiring a key player to lead operations and growth.

You won’t be alone :

  • Support from our Italian CEO, Delivery Lead, and tech team
  • Active Sales Director and closers already operating in Spain
  • Proven, high-LTV offers with tiers from €3K to €35K
  • Tech implementation already handled (CRM, funnels, automations)

Role Overview :

This is not a Classical CMO, your role will cover a wider responsabilities

As Growth & Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of funnel marketing, ads, content ops, and KPIs for the Spanish market.

This is a high-autonomy, high-leverage role for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong execution skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Localize and launch funnels (opt-ins, VSLs, checkouts, onboarding)
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, YouTube, Google)
  • Track KPIs : CAC, CPL, LTV, ROAS, churn
  • Coordinate delivery and sales teams
  • Own operations : content, emails, webinars, reports
  • Implement fast A / B tests to drive growth
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategy
  • Requirements :

    Native Spanish or C2-level speaker

    Experience in funnels / paid ads / info-product launches

    Knowledge of direct response marketing (e.g. Gamboa, Javi Pastor, etc.)

    Strong organizational and analytical mindset

    Autonomy and problem-solving skills

    English fluency (C2+), Italian is a plus

    Bonus Points :

    Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Zapier

    Background in coaching, consulting, or education

    Past ownership of ad budgets or freelancer management

    Compensation :

    Base : €1,000 / month minimum guaranteed

    Variable : 5% of revenue from Spain

    Milestones : +€1,000 at 100K, +€2,000 at 250K
