A Revenue Management Consultancy is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager based in Spain to oversee part of the hotel portfolio, focusing on revenue maximization and analysis. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in revenue management and proficiency in English.   • Managing part of the Kaimo portfolio: daily pick-up analysis, rates, restrictions, and inventory management.
  • Budgeting and forecasting.
  • Daily and monthly reporting, along with ad-hoc analysis.

We are looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee part of the Kaimo hotel portfolio and contribute to elevating Kaimo to the next level! Kaimo is a Revenue Management Consultancy company that assists over 70 properties across Europe, America, and Asia to maximize their revenues.

Our portfolio includes independent hotels and international brands, ranging from hostels to luxury boutique hotels, resorts, city hotels, and apartments.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing part of the Kaimo portfolio: daily pick-up analysis, rates, restrictions, and inventory management
  • Groups pricing and displacement analysis
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Daily and monthly reporting, along with ad-hoc analysis
  • Distribution partners management
  • Competitor set analysis
  • Client and partner communication
  • Client visits
  • Ad-hoc projects: market analysis, distribution audits, consultancy, systems implementation
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of Revenue Management experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with RMS
  • Experience with PMS, RMS, Channel Managers, IBE configuration (preferable)
  • Residency in Spain or willingness to relocate to Spain
