Your main responsibility

  • Implement and Optimize Revenue Strategies : Lead the execution of revenue management strategies across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with global standards and adapting plans to maximize revenue and key performance indicators.
  • Pricing, Forecasting & Budgeting : Make daily pricing and inventory decisions; produce accurate forecasts and annual budgets based on data trends, booking patterns, and strategic analysis.
  • System & Tool Management : Ensure proper use and maintenance of revenue systems and tools, keeping pricing and planning updated at least 12 months in advance.
  • Performance Analysis & Benchmarking : Monitor and analyze performance (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR), competitor strategies, and market trends to drive improvement and outperform the competitive set.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting : Prepare regular performance reports and lead alignment meetings with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure integrated revenue strategies.
  • Team Development & Communication : Train, support, and mentor junior team members; drive revenue management culture and best practices across the organization while maintaining close communication with senior leadership.
  • Minimum Undergraduate Degree in Hospitality, Business, Economics or related field (MSc or specific Revenue Management background preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a multi-property or cluster role.
  • Experience with RMS and Hotel Systems is a strong plus (Duetto, Lighthouse, TravelClick, CoStar, Opera PMS, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, result oriented and proactive.
  • Able to communicate effectively with Senior Leadership (General Management, Department Heads, EXCO), with persuasion and leadership.
  • Strong sense of building and nourishing relationships with outstanding communication skills; fluent in English and advanced Excel user (formulae, pivot table building).
