A leading company in the motorcycle industry is looking for a sales coordinator in Cádiz. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, oversee the sales process, and ensure marketing initiatives are implemented effectively. This role requires strong sales experience and a motorcycle driver's license.

Formación

  • Experience in sales and marketing is required.
  • Preferably with a driver's license and ability to drive a motorcycle.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinates customer-related activities and ensures sales targets are met.
  • Handles end-to-end sales process from encoding to release.
  • Assists customers with inquiries and recommends suitable products.

ENSURESACHIEVEMENT OF CLUSTER FULL YEAR SALES TARGET FOR

  • NBSP;  BRAND NEW SALES – CASH & INSTALLMENT

1.     COORDINATES WITH CI REGARDINGCIR OF CUSTOMERS

2.     COLLECTS PERTINENT INFORMATIONFROM CUSTOMER AND VALID REQUIREMENTS. ENSURE FRAUD-RISK PROBABILITY TO EACHCUSTOMER DEPENDING ON THEIR SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS

3.     ENCODES APPLICATION TO THESYSTEM

4.     MONITORS THE END-TO-END PROCESSOF UNIT SALES STARTING FROM ENCODING TO CIR UP TO UNIT RELEASE

5.     IN-CHARGE OF THE UNIT TESTINGBEFORE RELEASE

6.     COMPUTES THE CORRECT DOWNPAYMENT PER UNIT ACQUIRED BY CUSTOMERS

7.     COORDINATES WITH CSOD TEAMREGARDING PRICES OF UNITS

8.     FOLLOWS STANDARD PROCEDURESBASED ON POLICIES FOR ALL SALES-RELATED ACTIVITIES

9.     TIMELY PROVIDES UPDATED SALESREPORT TO CCH FOR PROPER MONITORING OF SALES TARGETS ACHIEVEMENT RATE

10.               ACCOMMODATES ALL INQUIRIES OFCUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE ESSENTIAL DETAILS REGARDING THE PRODUCT / UNITS

11.               RECOMMENDS APPROPRIATEPRODUCT / UNIT TO CUSTOMERS DEPENDING ON THEIR USAGE PURPOSE

12.               ASSISTS THE CUSTOMER FROM ENDTO END PROCESS

13.               IMPLEMENTS THE MARKETINGINITIATIVES FOR MOTORCYCLE WHICH INCLUDES :

14.     ENSURES TEAM COMPLY WITHRELEASED PROMO GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS FROM HEAD OFFICE

15.     COORDINATES WITH MARKETING TEAMFOR ALL MARKETING PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE PROPER IMPLEMENTATION INTHE AREA

Job Qualification

  • NBSP;   WITH SALES AND MARKETING EXPERIENCE
  • NBSP;   PREFERABLY WITH DRIVER'S LICENSE AND KNOW HOW TO DRIVE A MOTORCYCLE
