Located on ‘Avinguda Tibidabo’, our third House in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, plus two floors of club space with a revolving restaurant concept.

The Role…

As Club Manager at Soho House, you are an ambassador for the brand with detailed knowledge of the Soho House Group and its concept, including all menus and food & beverage offerings. You will demonstrate a professional approach towards managers, employees, and Members, and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the F&B outlets, associated events, and the overall member and guest experience.

Main Duties…

  1. Be visible on the floor, engaging with members to gain feedback and noting comments through reporting channels and directly to the kitchen and front of house team.
  2. Ensure members and guests have a great experience and resolve any issues before they depart.
  3. Order and purchase products for the Club and other F&B outlets.
  4. Manage and operate the POS system, ensuring all items are updated as necessary.
  5. Serve as the contact for staff requests and problems, taking responsibility and proactively solving issues.
  6. Ensure the team is appropriately groomed and wearing the correct uniform according to site and company standards.
  7. Update menus monthly, ensuring accuracy at the time of printing, and adhere to GM’s deadlines for menu printing.
  8. Coordinate tasks with other departments to ensure efficient operation.
  9. Organize and distribute necessary documents, summarizing relevant information for employees.
  10. Ensure employee compliance with company standards, policies, and external regulations.
  11. Train employees on core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service skills.
  12. Assign and monitor work tasks to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  13. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  14. Be physically fit to safely lift, bend, twist, and stand/walk for long periods.
  15. Prepare and monitor staff rotas, minimizing unnecessary overtime and working efficiently.

What we are looking for...

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a busy hospitality venue within a senior management role.
  • Innovative and influential, with experience managing F&B operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability (internal and external).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan.
  • Organized and reliable.
  • Ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
  • Computer literacy in Opera, Micros, and Adaco is advantageous.
  • Understanding of local authority requirements.
  • Personal license holder.
  • SIA knowledge, understanding, and experience.
