We are seeking a Swedish-speaking client-facing Cloud Solutions Specialist capable of driving sales opportunities based on expertise in Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, and Business Applications.

Position Details
  • Location: Malaga, Spain
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus
Responsibilities
  1. Secure new customer wins for cloud services, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
  2. Present cloud value propositions aligned with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives.
  3. Provide technical product overviews, offerings, and insights relevant to customer needs and scenarios.
  4. Increase technical knowledge and deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  5. Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing to ensure accurate cost projections.
  6. Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for solutions development.
  7. Leverage training resources to deepen knowledge of cloud offerings.
  8. Conduct group and individual training sessions on relevant subjects.
  9. Meet and exceed team targets for revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
Requirements
  1. Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
  2. Over 3 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  3. Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred.
  4. Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
  5. Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, especially in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  6. Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud solutions is a plus.
  7. Understanding of cloud deployment, adoption planning, and management.
  8. Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions.
  9. Passion for cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
  10. Proven performance and goal achievement.
  11. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  12. Ability to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences and connect technology with business value.
