We are seeking a Swedish-speaking client-facing Cloud Solutions Specialist capable of driving sales opportunities based on expertise in Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, and Business Applications.
Position Details
- Location: Malaga, Spain

- Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Secure new customer wins for cloud services, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
- Present cloud value propositions aligned with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives.
- Provide technical product overviews, offerings, and insights relevant to customer needs and scenarios.
- Increase technical knowledge and deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
- Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing to ensure accurate cost projections.
- Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for solutions development.
- Leverage training resources to deepen knowledge of cloud offerings.
- Conduct group and individual training sessions on relevant subjects.
- Meet and exceed team targets for revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
- Over 3 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
- Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred.
- Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, especially in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
- Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud solutions is a plus.
- Understanding of cloud deployment, adoption planning, and management.
- Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions.
- Passion for cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
- Proven performance and goal achievement.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences and connect technology with business value.
