Cloud Solutions Specialist with Swedish DKR

David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company supporting top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care. We are seeking a Swedish-speaking client-facing Cloud Solutions Specialist capable of driving sales opportunities based on expertise in Modern Workplace, Data and BI, Apps and Infra, and Business Applications.

  • Employment type : Full-time
  • Remuneration : Base salary + performance bonus

Responsibilities

  • Secure new customer wins for cloud services, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales Agents and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Present cloud value propositions aligned with customer’s business objectives and IT initiatives.
  • Provide technical product overviews, offerings, and insights relevant to customer needs and scenarios.
  • Increase technical knowledge and deliver innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
  • Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing to ensure accurate cost projections.
  • Conduct quick technical feasibility assessments and develop proposals for solutions development.
  • Leverage training resources to deepen knowledge of cloud offerings.
  • Conduct group and individual training sessions on relevant subjects.
  • Meet and exceed team targets for revenue, sales pipeline, and operational metrics.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Swedish (C1 level) and English, with strong written and spoken skills.
  • Over 3 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communication solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred, especially in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud solutions is a plus.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment, adoption planning, and management.
  • Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions.
  • Passion for cloud technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends.
  • Proven performance and goal achievement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex solutions to diverse audiences and connect technology with business value.

  • Working hours : Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
