We are expanding our European teams in Stuttgart, Berlin, Cologne, Lisbon, Barcelona, Figueres, Sevilla, and Las Palmas, as well as supporting our international locations in Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City, and Ho Chi Minh City. WHAT YOU DO

• Inspire and guide customers on emerging technologies such as cloud, Infrastructure as Code, Git, and DevOps.
• Create, plan, and develop architectures for both legacy and new solutions.
• Manage and deploy a large fleet of systems in the cloud.
• Join the global 3rd level support team to resolve complex issues.

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related fields, or have equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT, bringing fresh perspectives to our team.
• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with virtualized environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) or IaaS platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosing skills.
• Solid understanding of IPs and ports.
• Interest in cutting-edge technologies like Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), Serverless, HashiCorp Vault.
• Customer-focused, maintaining excellent service levels and engaging professionally.
• Interpersonal, fair, self-organized, and structured work approach.
• English proficiency is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
